This policy explains what information the game, its online leaderboard and this website handle. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
1. What stays on your phone
The game has no account and no login. Your progress and settings (coins, diamonds, kites, upgrades, sound, controls) are saved only on your device. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
2. The online leaderboard (only if you tap Submit)
Nothing is sent to our server unless you choose to submit a score. When you do, we receive and store:
- the gamer name you chose (you can change it in the game's Profile),
- a random player id the game made on first launch (it is not linked to your name, phone number, email or Google account),
- your score and run details: wave, kills, kite, map, game version and date.
Your gamer name, the first 4 characters of the id (your tag, like Sita#4F2A), best score, wave and date are shown publicly on the leaderboard. To stop cheating and spam, the server counts requests per player id and per network address for one hour; the address is only kept as a one-way scrambled code and is thrown away after the hour. We do not log names or addresses.
We keep leaderboard data until you ask us to delete it, using the in-game delete button, the delete-data page, or by email. We may also remove names that break the rules, or scores that are not possible. The data is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database (data hosted by MongoDB, Inc.; the website and API run on Vercel). They process it only to run the service.
3. Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and AdMob may also fill some ads from Unity Ads (mediation). Ads appear on the menu and game-over screens, plus an optional rewarded video you choose to watch, never during play. To show and measure ads, these providers may collect and process the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you use ads, and may show personalised ads. See how Google uses advertising data and the Unity privacy policy.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent (Google's consent message) before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the game's settings. Anyone can reset their advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in the device's Google settings.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not ask for an account, password, phone number or email in the game.
- We do not collect your precise location.
- We do not share information with anyone apart from the ad providers, database and hosting services named above.
5. Children
The game is for ages 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
6. This website
This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics. It stores one flag in your browser's session storage only to skip the intro screen on a second visit. All connections use HTTPS.
7. Beta testers
If you sign up through our tester form, the details you give (name, age, Gmail, social account, and optional gamer name and taunt) are used only to add you to the Google Play test and to contact you about it. We delete them after the test ends, or sooner if you ask.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Leaderboard data can be deleted at once on the delete-data page. For anything else, write to peter.karki0422@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
9. Changes
If we change how information is handled, we update this page, its version and its date before the change goes live. The store listing is updated to match.
